We are a brand that keeps the tradition of dried apricot production and sales alive, passed down from generation to generation with the knowledge and experience we have from our roots. Our story began years ago when our grandfather Hacı Karadağ took a handful of apricot seeds in the fertile soil of Malatya and sprinkled them on the soil. Each seed carried his hopes, faith and patience. He raised every sapling that sprouted from the soil like his own child, rested in the shade of branches dancing with the wind and watched the apricot trees bear fruit every season. This story has become a symbol of respect for nature, labor and determination. From that day to the present, we continue on our path with a production approach that respects nature, values human health and always prioritizes quality.
We set out on this journey to bring the unique flavor of our own apricot to the whole world and to bring naturalness, flavor and health to tables. With the inspiration we get from the soil, we carefully select each apricot, dry it and present it to you in its most natural form by blending traditional methods with modern production techniques. In this process, we ensure that each apricot goes on a delicious journey by preserving naturalness and freshness.

SULFUR DRIED APRICOT
Sulfur dried apricots are bright yellow dried fruits obtained by treating apricots with sulfur dioxide before drying. Sulfur preserves the color of the fruit and extends its shelf life.
NATURAL DRIED APRICOT
Natural dried apricots are dried apricots using natural methods, without using any chemical processes or additives. They are usually dried in the sun or in special drying machines. Natural dried apricots preserve their natural color and nutritional values, and are more intense and natural in taste.
